Thank you for supporting Hunny Bunny Home. Each order is carefully packed and shipped from Northern California with intention and care.

 

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During high-volume periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, or holiday demand.

Hunny Bunny Home is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once a package has been transferred for delivery.

 

Domestic Shipping

At this time, we currently ship within the United States.

 

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Hunny Bunny Home is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed or shipped.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Hunny Bunny Home is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is missing, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. However we will do whatever we can to help. 


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you promptly.
